What we collect

If you use the contact form: your name, work email, company name, and your message. That is the only personal data this public site asks for.

The site sets functional cookies (one for your session, one for your language preference) and, only if you accept them in the cookie bar, Google Analytics cookies that tell us which pages get read. Decline them and the site works exactly the same.

If you become a client, your team gets portal accounts. Those carry the usual account data (name, email, login activity) plus the operational records of our work together.

What we do with it

Contact details are used for one thing: replying to you and continuing that conversation if you want to. There is no newsletter, no marketing list, no follow-up sequence you did not ask for.

We never sell personal data. We never share it for marketing. Nobody outside FMT Flow sees it, except the infrastructure it runs on.

Where it lives

On our own servers, which we run ourselves (Alibaba Cloud, Singapore region), with our own backups. No third-party CRM, no external mailing platform, no data processors beyond the hosting itself.

Access is limited to the FMT Flow team members who need it to do their work.

How long we keep it

Inquiries: for as long as the conversation is live, and deleted on request at any time.

Client data: for the duration of the service agreement. When a client leaves, their operational data is exported and handed over. It belongs to them; it leaves with them.

What we do not do

• No advertising trackers or ad networks.
• No analytics without your consent: the only measurement tool is Google Analytics, and it loads only if you accept it in the cookie bar. We use it to see which pages get read, not who you are.
• No cross-site tracking, no profiling, no automated decision-making.
• No data brokers, ever.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Ask through the contact form. We reply within one business day, and deletion requests are honored without argument.
