Relationships stay in your name: negotiations, molds, tooling, IP. We facilitate the daily communication in the factory's own language and time zone; we never sit between you and them.

You are the buyer of record. The factory invoices you, you pay the factory. Our fee is a separate, disclosed line. We never earn from the factory side.
Your data
Everything the team does lands in a portal you log into: orders, production milestones, shipments, claims, payments. Logged as it happens, with a name and a date on every decision.
What does "buyer of record" mean?
Being the buyer of record means the purchase happens in your name: your purchase order to the factory, the factory's invoice to you, your payment to the factory's account. The manufacturer knows you, and you know the real factory price, because you're the one paying it. FMT Flow never takes title to your goods and never resells to you at a marked-up price. This is the structural difference between a managed operations team and an agent or trading company.

What the team runs, day to day
- Developments: from tech pack to counter-sample: factory follow-up, sample rounds, price confirmation.
- Orders and production: a milestone plan per order (materials, cutting, sewing, packing), with dates the factory commits to and evidence attached.
- QC oversight: inspections coordinated and verified at the stages that matter, results logged against the order.
- Shipments: booking follow-up, document checks, container tracking, delivery confirmation.
- Claims: when something's wrong, a documented case with photos, quantities, and a resolution, not a WeChat argument.
Beyond the production cycle
The team is on the ground, so you can use it like it's yours: representation at Canton Fair and supplier visits, sample consolidation and re-shipping, coordinating product photoshoots, and facilitating the specialist work around manufacturing: lab testing, legal, IP registration.
Fees, and what happens if you leave
One disclosed fee, invoiced by us to you. No factory-side income, no percentage hidden in your unit price. The service subscription carries a 30-day exit; dedicated-staff engagements run 6–12 months or a three-month notice — real employment contracts, made on your behalf. And because the factory relationships, molds, and data are already in your name, leaving doesn't cost you your supply chain. Your records export with you.

- How is this different from a sourcing agent?
- An agent earns from the factory side: a margin built into your unit price. FMT Flow earns only from you, at a disclosed fee, while you pay the factory directly.
- Do I need a Chinese entity?
- No. The team is employed and managed by FMT Flow; your purchasing runs through your existing company as buyer of record.
- Who owns the factory relationship?
- You do: contacts, pricing history, molds, tooling, IP. We operate the daily link; nothing is held in our name.
- How do I know what's actually happening in production?
- You log into the portal. Every order carries its milestone plan, factory commitments, QC results, shipment status, and the full decision history, updated as the work happens rather than summarized after the fact.
- What if it doesn't work out?
- The service subscription carries a 30-day exit; dedicated-staff engagements run 6–12 months or a three-month notice. Your data exports, your factories already know you, your molds are already yours. The cost of leaving is the proof of the model.
